I have been training with the coaches at Train West Van for over 4 years. Through these years I have seen the biggest improvements to my health and fitness, in large part thanks to them. They develop a good community that supports everyone in their needs and creates a safe and comfortable environment.
I joined the gym after about two years of having done little physical activity and was worried I would not be able to keep up, but it was quite the opposite the coaches were great at scaling the workouts for each person and making me feel stronger each day. All the coaches create an encouraging, fun, and welcoming environment that has allowed me to enjoy even the hardest of workouts.
