    10 Banded Good Mornings

    10 Banded Strict Press

    After, please warm up 5-10 reps of each DB movement so you can determine the weight you and your partner will use for the workout.

    SPLIT WORK AS WANTED

    -If it is pouring with rain or you cannot run, the Sub will be 600m Row/Ski Split evenly or a 1200m Bike Erg Split
