    Coach Led Stretching Followed By….

    5 Sprawls

    10 Banded Good Mornings

    10 Banded Strict Press

    After, please warm up 5-10 reps of each DB movement so you can determine the weight you and your partner will use for the workout.

    -Ski and Row Will be done both at the same time
