    5 Air Squats

    5 Banded Press

    5 Light DB Thrusters.

    WORKOUT (Time)

    For Time:

    3500m Row

    Every 2 Minutes, Complete 10 DB Thrusters.
    Thrusters will start on the 00:00 and then will go from there. You workout will be done once you finishes the 3500m on the rower.
