– In Crossfit, we often do movements in short bursts 5 reps of this, into 10 reps of that…etc
However, we get ‘bottlenecked’ in certain movements, generally Pressing and Gymnastics, Burpees, Wallballs, where we simply cant do the movement any longer due to muscle fatigue.
Today will work on that, keep steady and accumulate as many reps as you can in the 3:00 periods
