Teams of 4
4 rounds of 8:00 (2:00 rest)
Round 1
7/10 Cal [F/M] Ski + Echo
Round 2
Sled Push (Heavy)
Round 3
6/9 Cal [F/M] Ski + Echo
Round 4
Sled Push (Moderate)
Athletes in Rounds 1 and 3 will perform the machine sprints using a waterfall style rotation.
Athletes in Rounds 2 and 4 will take turns pushing the sled: one team member will push it to one side of the gym, and another team member will push it back.
P.S. Due to space limitations, equipment availability, and the number of participants, some teams may begin with the sled push.
